The foundation of StatStak is our unique culture. We’ve cultivated an environment that melds the cutting edge advancement of Silicon Valley with the social acumen of a Nashville-based startup. All our decisions are guided by our mantra, ‘By Athletes, For Athletes’. At StatStak, winning is rewarded. If you create unique value, you will be well compensated.   • The following are the guidelines we hire by:
  • Work ethic. We don’t believe in a 9-5 and the phrase "that’s above my pay grade" doesn't have a place here.
  • Grit. Every startup has inevitable hiccups. Sometimes projects don’t go our way. Our people are of the variety that can get bulldozed twice a day and welcome the first.
  • Intellect. Everyone here is brilliant, but everyone here is also hungry to learn.
  • Competitor. You should walk in expecting to win, regardless of who is across from you.
  • Problem Solving. Above all, can you solve problems? All we do is solve problems.

We have very high standards because we have very high expectations for StatStak. We are a company built by athletes with the goal of democratizing data for athletes, we understand our users because we actually are our user... and we abuse Espresso Beans and Bang Energy.
